Summary: The chalet was beautiful. Very well used. Some things needed fixing up but nothing too bad. Our check in wasnt as smooth as youd hope. When we got there the key pad on the door was dead so we couldnt get in. I had messaged the host and unfortunately we both had awful service so we had to go back into town and wait for their reply. When i got a hold of the host they were able to assist me with the check in via a different route. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see in the area and others. Other than that, the place was beautiful and I'd definitely stay there again and 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: We were up with all our kids (25/-) , so the place had lots off room which was nice, however the heaters in the living room weren't working and the place has insufficient heat as a whole. bedrooms were fine, but the main salon was cold. the fireplace was on the whole time and we still couldn't get it warm, it was a crappy electric one. It was cold and it snowedWe immediately needed to manage the driveway. The welcome book says the driveway is heated, it it NOT. We were actually worried about sliding down the driveway in vehicles and hitting the opposite barrier. Several people fell on the driveway. We immediately ran out of the small amount of salt provided and got more from a neighbour... and managed to get our vehicles sorted. What a nightmare, I have a F150 4-wheel drive, and it was unable to operate on the driveway, its very steep. Both snow shovels were broken.The garages were filthy and stuffed with crap from the owner I assume. The kitchen and space were large and lots of space, but the kitchen is under equipped. in Mount Washington there is nothing, so we had no tin foil or plastic wrap for cooking, and the microwave has days before its doesn't work, the LCD screen is broken, so you have no idea what you are doing with it.... This is great place for bunch of teenagers to drink the weekend away, but I would not stay here again. More of a frat house, that you can't get into if it's snowing. There is no ski in / ski out... so you need the vehicle for everything.

Summary: This place is a great size for multiple families and we enjoyed the stay. The driveway is on a 45 degree angle which made it difficult to get in and out of vehicles with little ones in the slushy snow. It has beautiful views and was a quick drive to the ski hill.

Summary: We were shocked to discover that 2 of the bedrooms didn't have doors! This made it uncomfortable for my guests. The coffee pots still had old coffee filters with used coffee and not cleaned. The b'que is filthy. The driveway is so steep it was a hazard as our cars slid in the snow. We had trouble both getting in and out of it.

Summary: Chalet was as advertised with a well stocked kitchen, lovely views, comfortable beds, 2 enormous tvs. Our only issue was with the driveway. The pictures online show a perfectly cleared driveway however this was not the case when we arrived. A bobcat came by and removed most of the snow but we were left with a sheet of ice. No salt or sand in the garage. Was kind

Summary: This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had 10 people and there was more than enough room. Everyone was very comfortable ! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bbq came in handy too. Location was so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend to any large group!
